Man 'o man, I can't believe my luck.  I was in the process of trying to remove a set screw in the Novak rear sight on my Kimber Warrior and the hex wrench twisted and broke off down in the screw still in the sight!    Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to get this thing out?  I'd sure love to be able to somehow get the broken wrench out without screwing up the screw or worse yet, the sight.  Thanks in advance for your ideas.

Without really knowing HOW stuck the allen wrench is I'll take a stab at it. If the the diameter of the wrench is big enough you could take a small drill bit and drill about a 1/8" deep hole in it and then run a small screw or something in it to help pull it out.

If nothing else, set screws are cheap. Just get a new one.

Either take it to a gunsmith and have him drill a hole in the middle and use an ez out tap. Or try it yourself. in the meantime call Novak and tell them what happened and ask them to send you a new screw. They will most likely send you a couple for free.

Goo luck
