it was said @ work in the course of a conversation that 1 guy (a known bullshit artist) says to another that the " sigma is a good choice as to a home defense pistol as well as for ccw because of its heavy trigger pull",which he states is @ 14lbs. ![]() anyone know the trigger break on a factory new sigma? hopefully this was misunderstood and that he was possibly referring to the rounds of ammo. 14 rounds.... instead of 14 pounds. this conversation, involving this certain individual, is not uncommon for him to make as he makes assinine statements like that at the drop of a hat. just wondering if anyone knew off the top of their heads the trigger lbs. of pull on the sigma.

| I thought it sounded like a bunch of bs. i believe revolvers probably have the most # of pull just for the simple fact its pulling the hammer back as well as indexing the cylinder......but 14lbs. for a semi-auto pistol is a bit of a stretch. coming from the particular person that said it it's not surprising.thanks for the info,i'll relay it come monday @ work. |

My brother had an AMT Backup .45. The trigger pull was at least 14 lbs, probably more. |
