TIA I bought a hollow shaft golf club at Goodwill for $3.00 and cut and notched the top and cleaned the sharp edges with a Dremel. You push it up until it meets the moonclip and twist, the rounds fall into the shaft so you can dump them back into your can. When you twist the club, the lip on the club prys the round out of the moonclip. Works like a champ and cheap.

I wouldn't have one open. Mine are all long enough to hold 6 unfired cartridges. Strip them off and pour them out. |
