I'm refinishing (Duracoat) a S&W 5904. Gun has some rust as it has been used as a boat gun. I have disassembled the frame all the way down with the exception of the magazine release, I know there is some kind of trick to it but I forgot and can't find an armorer's manual. Anyone have any links?
Also the extractor pin seems frozen. I've bent/broken 2 punchs and it wont budge. The slide is currently soaking in PB Blaster. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks |
