I bought a Galco Cop Slide for my M&P 9C and it is real stiff and almost impossible to pull the weapon out of it. Does anyone know of any break in procedures for holsters?

Is this leather or Kydex?

Un-load your M&P and make safe.
Put on your favorite 2 hour long movie.
Holster and un-holster your M&P while watching said movie.

Repeat if necessary.

Virtually all kydex holsters will have tension screws to regulate ease of drawing. Sounds like yours needs to be backed off a few turns or so.

Good luck!
