Well, I had sold off my 2 previous pro series for different reasons and regretted it. So a 4.25" 9mm Pro came up for trade so I jumped on it. I have not shot it yet, hope to do so this weekend.

The previous owner installed an apex ram, which I had done to all my previous M&P's but never really felt it made a big difference.

As with my 2 previous pro's, it didn't come with the "H" trigger bar or updated slide stop, so I ordered those parts and they came in today. Installed in less than 10 mins.

I will have to say that I need to look closer or learn the alphabet again because I could have sworn it had an "S" trigger bar. Once I opened it up and started swapping parts, what did I find, you guessed it, an "H" stamped bar. Oh well, not the worse $15 I have ever wasted.

I have to say that with the updated slide stop, this M&P has the best reset of any M&P I have ever owned. I have always been fairly please with the Pro series triggers at they have a decent weight and have never felt gritty to me as the std M&P's do.

The only other modification will be the installation of an APEX AEK trigger whenever one comes back in stock as I have never cared for the hinged trigger. Possibly a 10-8 rear sight later on.

We have all seen a Pro series M&P but here is mine.

I just picked up a new M/P 9mm L/E package came with fact night sights 3 mags and the new PVD type finish looks kind of like a dull black parked type look , gun is SKU 151215 the trigger is pretty good some take up then a wall then snap I think will get better with some rounds down range. I looked at the new pro series but I new the l/e guns had all updates plus 3 mags and night sights .

The additional mag is a nice feature, this pro series actually had the H trigger bar and only needed the updated slide stop, a $15 part.

Being a fan of 1911's the hinged trigger just sucks in so many ways, I installed an APEX flat trigger this weekend. Makes a world of difference getting rid of most of the pre travel.

Good looking gun.  I have a 45 and 9C but really want the full size pro series 9mm soon.
