So I'm thinking of buying the Trijicon HD sights for my full size. With the research I have found, the factory front sight height sans the base is about .160" and the overall height is .230" The shortest HD that Trijicon has for the full size is .252". How does the rear sit to accommodate for this taller front sight? Is it just much taller than the factory rear sight? If it doesn't, wouldn't that just make you shoot low all the time since your front sight is taller than factory?

The set will keep your POI/POA the same as factory sights. |
