I received an email from a customer service rep. at S&W stating that they will soon be re-introducing blued versions of their revolver line. I'm not sure as to what extent the initial offering will be but I welcome the news...

They have made a few special runs that were blued within the past few years, so maybe this is true. I hope they are really blued steel and not some sort of blackened stainless. They really need to lose that key lock thingy, however!
