Picked it up at the shop I work at for 250.00
The finish isn't that great, the grips aren't the original grips and some fool tried to bob the hammer on it. It's gonna be a great project gun though. I'm not sure if I want to re-blue it or apply a Duracoat or simalar finish to it. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic
ETA serial # is in the J87XXXX range.

You'd better not go duracoating that thing! Who do you think you are? NutnUseful?

But really, clean it up a bit for a carry gun, or reblue it for a purdy gun. Or you can send it to me to get those awful duracoating thoughts out of your head.

if you daily carry you are gun beat it up anyway could never myself see the need for refinish of a working gun. use the money spent on a refinish on ammo and the various holsters you'll need to carry it- pocket, ankle etc.

No worries, the thoughts of the evil duracoat have left. I have access to the blueing tanks and buffers. I'm going to try my hand at reblueing. (With proper Gunsmith supervision) until then, I'm going to carry it and enjoy it.
