Howdy-
Bought a couple mags on GB. They were rough condition but was going to refinish anyway. PROBLEM being- one looks like a regular 92 mag. The other snaps into the gun ok, the mag body sticks out an extra half inch, has a different shaped baseplate. It is not one of the cheaper looking USGI mags being sold. It is marked PB and Italian manufacture and stamped gov/le use only. Only thing that comes to mind is maybe its a Cougar mag? I've emailed the vendor and we'll see what happens there.... Sorry I'm not good with posting pics... Any help appreciated! |

Sound like a 20 rounder for the Beretta 93R maybe?? Does it look anything like the one in this pic?

Nope, it is a fifteen (marked anyway) and doesn't hang out that much.
An update though- I was emailed back quickly by the vendor. They said they thought I got an aftermarket (I did mention it marked PB) by accident and were sending out a Beretta 92 mag. Also said to keep the other. Fantastic service- I was expecting a fight and at least postage. |
