i have a beretta 92fs and was just wondering if anyone knew if they can/should shoot +p rounds. im looking for a good round for my duty carry pistol. thanks!

Should be fine shooting +P ammo.  I carry Speer Gold Dot 124gr +Ps.

I practice with standard pressure rounds.  I wouldn't feed +P 100% of the time.  Carry is A-OK

Bump up to a heavier recoil spring is you prefer to shoot +p all the time.  If you do not wish to go with a heavier recoil spring change it more often when shooting the +p than you would shooting normal loads.

The military NATO M882 cartridge is hotter than SAAMI +P spec  so I don't see why it would be a problem?

+1 to this. NATO 9mm is almost +P so all you have to do is remember to change the recoil spring every 5k rounds and watch the locking block for signs of cracking.
