LA318, do the screws have hex tool slots or a single slot for a flat head screw driver? Also, are they black or hard chromed? You should be able to order the screws from either Beretta USA or Brownells. You will likely need to replace the grip screw washer as well.

They are black and they look like they would take an allen wrench but unless the points are very fine it just looks like a round hole. I just noticed it so I will see if I can get an allen wrench in there when I get home

Look for them on Gunbroker.com
If you get them from Beretta USA they will cost some holy high price like $20 per.....I asked.
FWIW, I would swap them all out for slot head screws, also availabe on GB.  Your bushings should be ok.

Yep, Brownells is the fastest least expensive source. You probably need other stuff from them anyways, save on shipping :)

Brownell's is fast and the shipping is cheap, but the set of screws they sent me for a Beretta M9 were not even close to fitting. I sent them back in one of their complimentary envelopes for exchange. They sent me an email a few days later claiming they only got part of the envelope back with no screws inside. Flat out refused to make good on the deal. I'll order from someone else from now on.

In all my life, you're the first one I've ever heard of that wasn't taken care of by Brownells................
