Just received a Streamlight light mount to put an M3 under my old Beretta 92F.  When I tightened up on the trigger guard screw, part of the plastic (or as the marketing guys would have us say, "polymer") mount broke off.  I do not think I used undue force at all.  I have returned it for replacement to Streamlight, their customer service rep had obviously heard the problem before.

Anyone else have this happen?  Not too reassuring on a weapon accessory if it is that fragile.

Bummer, keep us posted on Streamlight's actions and your feelings on the second mount. I've been thinking about adding one of these lights to mine.

Streamlight replaced the mount with no problem.  I attached it and just snugged the screw down carefully.  I have not had a chance to fire it at the range yet to check for any mount movement.
