Wilson combat makes a flat wire spring for the berettas now. They also have regular wire springs.

I have a flat wire in my compact and its nice, it's supposed to last a lot longer than the standard springs. I chose the 14lb version since it's more for +p carry ammo

I have the flat wire kit in my M9A3, I think you have to purchase the kit with the guide rod, don't think it will fit on a regular guide rod and I don't see the flat wire spring listed by itself on WC's website. They say the spring will last forever. You don't need to use the Shok-Buff that comes with it.

The flat wire does come with a new guide rod and a shock buff as a kit.
