Cleaning my 92fs today after going to the range. Gun only had like 500 rounds though it. Locking block just fell out into my hand. Nothing looks broken. I drove the pin out with a little  persuasion and put it back in. Does this happen ever and should I be looking at this more closely? Nothing seems broken or cracked

For some reason the tolerances can be slight that allow the block to slide out. You shouldn't have to drive any pins out as it should slide back in. I have had it happen on one of mine before, but I had more rounds than that through it.

Same here.  No issue when the gun is assembled.

Seems to get a bit looser as the round could increases.

I don't worry about it.
