I was just wondering if anyone has ever changed the sights on their 92. Good idea or bad idea? It was my first handgun which I will never sell but my eyes are not as good as they used to be.

What type of sight do you have? If they are H3 sights then they will need to be recharged or replaced. If they are regular white sights then they could be replaced by a gunsmith. I myself an looking at the same problem. I have tritium (H3) sights on my Beretta, and they are about 9 to 11 years old upon seeing how faded they are. I came across this site for tooltechgunsight.com who replaces sights with tritium sights. I am considering them but the only thing stopping me is the cost of it all. If this helps then i have done my job.

If this helps then i have done my job. B62stew Have you checked to see if their prices include the work and the sites? My tritiums have burned themselves out and I need to get them replaced. My front sight is fixed, so they are going to have to drill it
