Would anyone here hesitate to carry a Sig CPO gun as their every day CCW firearm? For $550 or less I'm having a hard time convincing myself to buy new.

I wouldn't sweat it one bit.

My opinion, worth exactly what you paid for it.

I carry a CPO everyday.

Liked it so much bought another one.

I do trust them with my life.

229's in 40. Thousands of rounds through them and not a failure one. One of these days I need to clean them and put some new springs in. I noticed my gun has some rust on it. Guess I might have to clean it eventually

No problem at all. Test it like you would any other carry gun and go for it.

I have a CPO p229 in .40.  I have 100% confidence in it's reliability, and use it as my nightstand gun.  I would grab this handgun before any other handgun that I own.

You are getting a used and refurbished pistol, so it will not be perfect cosmetically, but it will be a solid, reliable, accurate weapon, with plenty of life left.

I give any gun I carry at least a 100 round function test but I would not hesitate to carry any CPO SIG.

SIG CPOs are great guns. Buy it, try it, carry it.
