My father and I went to the range a couple of weeks ago to sight in his new 6920. While we were there we fired 100 rounds or so out of his P220. I fell in love with it pretty quick. A few days later I went to my local dealer and picked up a P220 carry. The wife and I were over at the parents tonight and I had my new pistol with me. Dad wanted to compare the size and weight difference between the two. Come to find out there wasn't any. His pistol was the same size as mine. There was different markings on the slides. I am curious if there is a reason or if this is just normal. I only have one other sig handgun and it is a mosquitto. His slide says Sig Sauer P220 - Stainless Steel - Exeter. Mine just says Sig Sauer P220 and the rest of the markings or on the frame.
Thanks for any help

Standard 220 should have a 4.4" barrel...the 220 carry has a 3.9"...just a tad shorter...one of you does not have what you think you have...
