The "short trigger' is basically a standard trigger with material removed from the front to create less trigger reach. The trigger that comes with the Elite models is the SRT trigger, or "short reset trigger" which is two small internal trigger parts which gives you a shorter trigger reset in SA mode.
The short trigger from TOP Gun is just that, a trigger. But, you can install a short trigger in an Elite model with the SRT already in it. |

I've had the SRT and AEP trigger enhancement package done to my Sig Sauer P220 Carry last year. Took a total of 10 days (to Sig Sauer CS and back to me). The difference is night and day compared to the OEM factory trigger and action. I also used the VIP shipping option. I'm very happy with the results.
