Can someone quickly explain how to change the hammer/mainspring spring on a P6?

Is it as easy as driving out the roll pin at the bottom of the grip and sliding the spring out?

I had to use a combination of a vise, vise grips, pliers, and a few dammits

Here is how I did it. There is a small roll pin in the hammer strut, remove it. Then, using a large screwdriver, push up on the piece that holds the hammer strut to the frame, being careful not to let the pieces fly away. The pin only comes out in one direction, I used needle nose pliers to remove it.

Next, put the hammer strut in a vise, and place the new spring on it. Compress the spring, put the strut back on, and hold the whole thing together with a punch. Insert the hammer strut back into the hammer, then use the screwdriver to re attach it to the frame.

Once it is in the frame, remove the punch pin. and re-insert the roll pin.
