Slide not locking back on last round, and occasional jams (not often) while chambering next round. Shooting Blazer ball ammo, new style feed ramp ('94 manf date).

Thought it might be me, but my buddy's P6 slide locks fine on the last round with me shooting.

Slide lock works fine, locks when I pull it back.

Needs more oil maybe?

Have you tried different ammo? Different mag? Have a Taurus PT-111 that did the same thing with a Promag. Switched to Mecgar/factory mag and no more problem.

Right, started with the blazer. Will try a heavier round and see if it helps.

Also replace the recoil spring. If it is weak it could bounce past the slide lock. If your buddies works fine swap springs and see what happens.
