How heavy is the P220ST? My buddy said it was pretty heavy. Would it be tough for me to carry one comfortably (i have a thin build; about a buck-50)? I saw some pics of one recently and thought it was most beautiful handgun i'd ever seen.

Heavy is a relative term....what is heavy and uncomfortable for one person is managable for the next.
I have one and is it heavier then my other 45acp....yes....is it uncomfortable....no.
Go to your local range to shoot one, get a holster and put it on YOUR hip and see how it fits for you!
I find a good leather holster with a good belt holds it in tight with no problem.

It's a tack driver!

good luck

Really? According to Glock, my G22 weighs approx. 34.38oz (loaded). I haven't had problems carrying that so I guess there won't be a problem with the P220ST.

According to Sigs 2006 catalog, the 220 all STAINLESS weighs 39 ounces! They are a little heavy at first if you are not used to carrying a heavy gun, but after carrying it awhile, you get used to it and if you dont have it, it feels funny! Remember, most steel framed 1911's weigh in this area and alot of guys carry those!
