Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Sig conversion question...

I am going to make the move and get rid of my G26, since I am left handed mag changes are a pain.
My wife carries a Sig 226 239 in .40 and It seems like I read a while back that I can convert it to 9mm. I have a sh*t load of 9mm around and am not sure if I want a Sig yet. I f I can it'll make it cheaper for her to go blasting at the range also.
