I have 2 226's that I use as duty weapons, and I am nowq considering a 220. Problem is, I do not have a 220 to try and fit my holster for. Anybody know if they are compatable for sure?

In 99% of the open top holsters I have tried yes. The results will vary with duty holsters.
If its a retention holster, dont dink around, buy a replacement meant for the gun you're carrying.

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't want to say "substitute" my current holster for the P220, just curious if it was the same, like the large or medium frame Glocks: All G22 holsters fit the G17 etc. Safety is not something I mess around with.
