How about an AXG grip for the 365/XL?
I'll second this /\

And also looking forward to the 365XXL I asked about last year Same gun with an AXG frame would be more awesomer lol

Per SIG inside source a P320 factory comp in the X Series is forthcoming in 2nd quarter. Similar to a PMM or Herrington setup.

Would really like them bring the X Carry back to full production and do away with the X Compact completely.

I agree. There’s no need for a 3.6 320 when the XL exists. The 3.9 with the Compact module is what the 320 should be and call it whatever you want.

A real compensator, or something like this P365 XL Comp joke with a ported slide and short barrel?
Link Posted: 2/4/2022 5:12:52 PM EDT

With all the part options you can combine to make whatever gun you want, you guys are still being picky about what completed models Sig offers?

3.6 slide/barrel is great for people who have a 320, want something small, and dont want to buy 365 mags.

All slide lengths and grip module sizes have a place.

Mike Glover talking about the new P365XL Comp -

SIG has won me over with this one | P365 XL Comp vs P365 XL

I'm only a few minutes in so can't give a tl;dw - but he's been hard-in on SIG so obviously not an objective review.

I haven't heard anyone talk about holsters yet - I wonder if it'll work in a standard XL holster.. but then the optic plate is moved forward a little, so that might be an issue -

I twill fit in a standard XL holster.  Depending on how your holster is cut (for the optic), it may need to be relieved further.  Again, its going to be holster dependent.

It isn’t. I do like the ergonomics of the Compact module better than the Carry, but the XL has made the Compact slide and barrel obsolete for CC.

I mean they announced the 380 P365 at SHOT a couple years ago and confirmed that they'll be making a 10mm P320 a while back too. It's just a question of availability for the 380 P365 and timeline for the 10mm P320

When you see prices announced, many times they are MSRP.  Street price will be much lower than that.

I appreciate everyone wanting to hear from us and see what we have coming.

Know that we are not caught up in the SHOT Show rush (at least not this year).  We have no intention of rushing to "unveil" a bunch of product at/around SHOT, only to not be able to impact the market with it for months after.  There is product that has been delayed during the COVID market, but development hasn't stopped.

Believe me when I say, we have new product coming this year - some of this product is somewhat known to the market, others are completely fresh releases.  The market has only seen a sprinkling of it.  Product will continue to be released and many have scheduled releases already on the books.

So, dont get discouraged when this thread isnt busting with new product this week.  This thread is going to be active all year - I promise.

Dear coregon,

I have been extra good this year and for Christmas I would like a .22lr conversion kit for my X Carry. I would also like a X Series style grip for the P365. Oh and if you get a chance to talk to the big guy Santa, tell him to go ahead and leave a 716i under the tree.

Sincerely,

380 P365 now shipping:

So far other than the P365 Spectre “CoMp ??” these releases seem to be announcing that you can actually get the stuff they previously debuted in 2020

Seeing the Romeo 2 is supposedly now shipping (but not in stock at Sig).  A little baffled by the price, it’s several hundred more than an RMR.  I just don’t see paying that for one.

It’s not the same. The X has the sight built into the cover plate. 380 is similar to the Zev slide, a cutout forward of the rear site dovetail.

That's a fair assessment and criticism. I haven't yet shot the P365 XL SC pistol. I'm basing my opinion on my experience shooting pistols with analogous physical construction and features and my understanding of the physics of how compensators, ports, etc work. It's entirely possible the P365 XL SC doesn't map well to my predictions given the model I've constructed from similar prior experience. I'll refrain from directly criticizing the XL SC in the manner I have been until I've had an opportunity to get some hands-on experience with it specifically

I may take you up on that in the near future! I know my local guntry club Centennial Gun Club recently had an industry days with Sig and had a bunch of their guns to shoot, but it was before January and I don't think they had any of these recent pistols available.

I will say, this P320 SC with an Icarus Precision metal grip module and frame-mounted optic might be my next P320 build...
