I have seen that patch as a sticker on a locker in our locker room, it must be the guy got it when he bought a Sig pistol.

Pretty sure it says "Swiss" in several languages. SIG stands for Swiss Industrial Group...the original manufacturer of Sig pistols. Switzerland has strict laws about exporting weapons built there so SIG partnered up with J.P.Sauer of Germany to build and market their new designs. Thus SigSauer...shortened here to "Sig".
