Strongly considering the 320C FDE after test firing one. I have several G19s and love them, but the sights, grip, and trigger in the Sig were really great when I shot it.

Any thoughts good or bad, or should I just buy it?

It will suck having to purchase all new holsters, magazines, spare magazines, and magazine holsters. But it sure feels and looks like a great gun for both duty and concealed carry.

Having not had great experiences with the few Sigs in the past that I owned, do the new ones need lots of love and attention; ammo and cleaning-wise, or break-in period?

Love mine. Switched from Glock to SIG 320. Only downside is it's a touch bigger than the G19.

it has been good from day one. Trigger improves with time.

I can find mags okay and holsters are getting better. Just have to buy online.

Shoots like a dream. Recoil is so negligible-double taps are awesome with this pistol. Fits my hand like a glove. I fully and freely admit I'm a fanboy.

I have a P320 full size and a P320 compact, no issues with either. The Full size is over 3k rounds now, zero malfunctions to date. My full size received a strip down and clean oil/grease when new, I then continued to use it without cleaning for 1k rnds, no issues. I'm currently doing the same with my compact. You'll be gtg with the P320. You can find good deals on P320 CPO's on gunbroker, not FDE but this one is a steal at $399. p320c T&T are GTG, bought my P320 compact from them.

Definitely buy it. The whole "invested" thing is way overblown. Glock's are extremely easy to sell, as is their holsters if you have a decent one. Sold all mine in no time. Actually a fan of them but there was really nothing the glock did better or I preferred over the sig other than being 2 0z lighter.

Absolutley what he said.

Pictures of the all FDE version do not do it justice. In person the slide has a tinge of bronze look. I really like it.
Yes, only slightly larger than a G19. However, as others have stated, it shoots to POA dead center. ( Obviously with Euro Sight hold. Sigs are better for me than HK in that respect )

I say buy it , they are good to go the late build dates have all the current upgrades. I have a compact and just picked up a full size 320 in 9 they have been flawless .

Not a fan of the FDE gun personally. Black slide on a FDE grip module looks better to me.

If you liked it after test firing, it's probably a good choice for you. I bought a FDE P320c in 9mm a year ago. My appreciation for it only increased the longer I owned it. I bought another one in black, and rotate my carry between the two. I used to carry a Glock 19 every day. But the Sig just feels and shoots better for me.

Buy it! Coming from a Glock Fanboy since 1987. I really like the Sig P320. I have 2 9mm P320C's and a .45 C.

Picked up a slightly used 9mm Carry just after the announcement on a whim.

SIG got this one right. I was prepared to be underwhelmed. This thing surprised the hell out of me. Amazingly accurate.
