Where can you get these as spares in case mine ever breaks? I haven't really been able to locate any online.

If you call SIG you can probably order from them over the phone.

A possible source (and a well regarded Sig gunsmith) is Gerry at totalautomation.us, who is able to manufacture the folded-steel slide extractors.
