I have a 2340 in .357 SIG. I like it, but I bought it just to get into SIGs. Taking it down to clean is a bitch. There is no take down lever, you have to line up the slide and push the decocking lever through. Supposedly it's gets easier over time, but I haven't noticed this. I like the gun, but I'd stick w/ the traditional line. Just my .02.
Grab it before it's gone. SIGPros are excellent guns and it's a steal at that price. I've had a 2340 that I wish I had back and I still have a 2009 and they have both been 100% reliable and very accurate. I think the SIGPro line is the most underrated handgun model out there.
ok i bought the gun just could not pass up the deal 2 grips, 2 10 shot mags , the box and owners manual all came with it h.gif
yes i need to score some hi cap mags. but i don't think 2 rounds are that big of a deal since cash flow is a bare min atm moving and new job. had to put gun on layaway for now won't be all mine for a couple weeks atleast . i have the para p16 40 ltd i use for ipsc with 16 and and some plus 2 bases for a 18 shot mag if i need it !! i want a 357 sig barrel for it that round just facinates me and i have no gun chambered in that round !!

I picked my SP2009 up slightly used for about $300 with 3 10 round magazines, just picked up a standard capacity magazine for $25 from a local gunshop (I figured it would be a 3rd party mag at that price but it ended up being a LEO marked Sig manufacture magazine). I have about 2000 rounds through it so far without any malfunctions. Someday i'll pick up a 2340. |
