I had full intentions on getting a MK25 from a dealer who quoted me a great price. He didn't have it in stock but could have it in my hands the next day. I wasn't 100% sure it was what I wanted so today I headed over to Cabelas to fondle the MK. Still not 100% sure if I wanted to drop the cash after fiddling with the trigger and getting a good feel for it I decided to ask the clerk if I could hold the P227. For some reason the very miniscule difference in thickness of the P227 really fit me. The trigger reach felt good and I instantly smiled and my concerns lifted about buying a Sig. I called the other dealer since Cabelas wants so much and he quoted me a price $190 cheaper. Before I looked at the MK I was dead set on the Glock 30s thinking it would fit my existing holsters. Once I confirmed it did not fit my holsters I moved on to the MK25 and it really didn't float my boat. Besides I really wanted a .45 anyways Anybody have one of these and put rounds thru it yet? Any recommendations on holsters and where the 14 round mags can be purchased? |

Thread needs pics of your purchase! He ordered it for me yesterday but sent me an email today saying it's out of stock Well, that sucks. I guess the quotes on prices really ain't no good without them being available. I'm going to Morgantown Saturday to the shop I talked to at the gunshow and see about the mk25, but if I don't like it as well, I'm just gonna go another hour up the road to wheeling to Cabelas. Prices might be a bit higher, but hey they have them in stock, and a good selection i can fondle. I'll pay a bit more to fondle and choose what i want. Might be able to find a cabelas coupon as well. |

He can get MK25 in a day but I really want to get the 227 for the .45. You should call him on the MK. |
