Is it possible to get a MK25 without the anchor? Thanks

I don't believe so.  I think the P220 Combat may be phosphate coated as well but other'n that...

You could always get a regular P226 and phosphate coat it.

Why don't you want the anchor? I think it looks cool.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up buying the P226 Extreme instead. It has the front cocking serrations and just looks awesome IMO. I don't care for the anchor because I think it looks cheesy on the gun. No disrespect meant to the Navy SEALs or fans of the MK25. It's just my personal preference.

The anchor is part of the mk25, that and a mil spec rail along with coated parts. Otherwise the 226R is the way to go. Ever way your getting a great gun, the 226R will actually be easier to find good holsters for
