Okay I finally got that bitch put back together!

My fingers have cuts and sores on them.....please share assembly tips if you have any....puting back the hammer assembly was a huge pain in the ass...I even think I bent a sping(the tiny one in the beaver tail)  and putting the sear spring back in really chapped my ass.  There has to an easier way to assemble it.

Some how I even think I increased the the trigger pull.

You may have damaged your hammer return spring.  Seek out a Sig armorer, and don't disassemble these guns past field stripping, unless you get armorer trained.
They are finely machined guns that require training to strip bare.

I think you might be right.  Is this spring supposed to have a slight bend to it?
If I bend it, it doesnt seem to affect the pistol.  Everything seems to be working fine.

Is the ejector supposed to wiggle a little bit?

Yup thats what I did.

Did you get it back together easily?

A few parts were a pain in the ass to get back in....especially this one pin that would only go in at a certain angle.

Is normal for the ejector to wiggle a little?

It took a little bit for me to figure out.  I made little drawings for the springs, but had a little trouble getting the assembly order right.

I'm not sure about the ejector wiggle.    Don't remember it moving much.  Could be wrong though.
