Anybody have one?? How do you like it?  I have a full size but I really like the look of the carry model.

I've had a P220 Carry Equinox simce August 2010 and It recently replaced the pistol I have been carrying for the last 4 years, an M&P .40.

I find it a pleasure to carry in a Horsehide Super Tuck, it's flat and conceals under toghter fittimg clothing that wouldn't hide the full size M&P which is also an excellent carry pistol.

The difference between the full size and carry versions of the P220 is 3/4" of barrel; the frame size and grip length are the same.

Oddly, so is the weight because the weight you would expect to be saved by the shorter slide and barrel is made up by the shorter but heavier slide.

I carry the P220 Carry Equinox under a single tee shirt and although I believe someone knowledgeable who is actually checking me out for a pistol, will be able to determine that I am carrying, I'm confident that it conceals adequately in the Super Tuck and I carry it everywhere with confidence.

The pistol is extremely accurate and has been perfectly reliable for approximately 4000 rounds straight out of the box with FMJ range ammunition as well as RA 45B and 230 grain HST.

Not a single stoppage of any sort.

I love mine... It started as a .22 classic with beaver tail.  Now the .22 stuff is gone.

I carry it in a Cowhide Super Tuck.  As stated it still prints more than some would like, but most people aren't looking(my spare mag pops out from under my shirt more anyway).  It shoots better than I do and have never had an issue in the few hundred rounds of mix bag ammo.

I'm going to dig my W GER. made P-220 out of the safe this weekend and carry it on duty during the colder months this winter. After Christmas the denim, leather and work jackets all come out. I know of several shooting involving Hydra Shok 230gr .45ACPs and thick clothing. SIG P220 and Hydra Shok are a great combination.

Your 9mm might expand. But my .45ACP won't shrink.

I would like to have another Glock 21 but it does not conceal like my P-220.

Well I am waiting for my 220 to come back from Sig. I had the "action enhancement package, short reset trigger, and night sights with fiber optic front on it. But I may have to have a 220 carry to keep it company! I was looking at the Elite dark, but I have heard the adjustable rear sight isn't the best, and I don't know why you would want an adjustable sight on a combat gun anyway!

I have one of the first production P220 Carry models and never regret the purchase.  It shoots great and is easy to carry concealed. I highly recommend this configuration if you like the feel of a full size pistol in your hand but need a large caliber pistol you can pack away in your waistband.
