I have a 15 round Glock 22 Magazine that binds up when unloading rounds by hand, but if I put it in the pistol it hand cycles fine, is there something wrong with this magazine?, or is it normal for Glock magazines to bind up when manually unloading?  My other magazines don't seem to have that problem.

Also I have 2 Scherer 29 round magazines, both are near impossible to load all the way, and one left indentations in my thumb from trying to force the last round in, is it normal for them to be that tight?, also both have +2 floor plates, but only 29 rounds will fit, were they designed with the +2 Floorplate to get the 29 rounds?, or are they not loading all the way?

Your 15rnd mag may be one of the really older, "non-drop-free" mags.  The oldest one were designed to NOT drop free if loaded, and would have to be removed by hand.

Normal, though annoying.  Should run fine.

Scherer mags, on the other hand, are, in my experience, crap.

No it's one of the drop free magazines, it drops free fine, it's the rounds inside that are binding, but only if I unload it by hand outside the pistol.

I'm beginning to share your opinion about Scherer Magazines though, they seem to spread some when I load them, and rounds seem more apt to wedge between the Magazine Lips than load properly, and when fully loaded the top round isn't angled right, one has a plastic bur inside.

Glock now makes a factory 22 round magazine for the Glock 22.  I know it isn't 29 rounds, but you can put the Glock +2 base on there to get 24 rounds.   And it is factory and not a crap magazine like the scherers..

It isn't uncommon for this to happen when stripping rounds by hand. I would keep an eye on that mag but remember, stripping rounds by hand isn't as consistent as the pistol picking up the round when firing. You could try a different technique for stripping the rounds or give the back of the mag a whack against the palm of your hand a couple times when stripping rounds.
