| Say if you had the option to upgrade your G19 to the G19 RTF2 (with straight slide serrations), and not pay a single dime, would you? |

yes, plus if the rumor mill is correct the rtfs will soon no longer be available to the general public. When you say RTFs, do you mean just the RTF or RTF2 or Both? Im pretty sure its RTF2. Thats what my local shop said. I like the RTF2, maybe if I were to ccw I might feel different. But in my state its not an option, and I like the way it feels in my hands. In a heartbeat. The RTF2 allows for a much better grip, especially with wet of sweaty hands and with my limited experience with it, it's no where close to "too sharp"
I never CCW anything without a t-shirt or wife beater between my and my pistol so that's not an issue |

I just picked up my first RTF2 almost a month ago and I am really liking it a lot. More than I was expecting, actually. As airgunner, I never carry without an undershirt. Given that you have the option to trade for no cash, and that the RTF2 has the straight serrations, I'd go for it.

Quoted: If I had to guess, Glock is probably only offering it to LE so that they only produce them when there's an order large enough to warrant it, kind of like what S&W did with the 3rd gen autos.Quoted: Quoted: When you say RTFs, do you mean just the RTF or RTF2 or Both? Just the RTF2. It's going LE only. Why aren't we professional enough to handle the RTF2? |
| I did this very thing on Monday and couldnt be happier. While I liked my gen3, I love the RTF2. I took off my Mepros and a few other parts and got a very fair trade from the dealer. Once I found out about them being harder to get, I had to jump on it as soon as I could. |
