| My buddy was looking at my new KKM barrel in my 21SF tonight, he is looking at getting one himself, and when he went to put the slide back on something weird happened. The left rail on the frame slid out the notch for the slide stop lever, so basically it derailed. It took me a min to assess the situation and figure out how to get it off. It looks like if you wiggle the slide just right the rail can slip out. Is this normal and could it have bent the rail? I figure these things are pretty tough and it would take alot to bend one but I just wanted to ask the hive to make sure. |
| Nothing I have would have bulged it in anyway and no metal missing. I do have a straight edge. If you have a 21 you can see if yours does it to. Take your slide off went you are putting it back on stop where the notch for the slide stop lever is cut out, now twist and the rail can slip out. |

Is there anyway it could have bent the lugs? |
He owns Glocks, I dont see him putting anything in a bind but I wasnt really paying attention. I was actually changing out the sights on his 22 when he goes uh oh, I responded with how the hell did you do that.  Anyway, hopefully everything will be kosher guess we will see. Thanks for the input.
