The follower is different I think. The marking are different. I use both in my .40 pistols.

They are the same, at least acording to our glock rep.

The follower is different, but from my experience they can be used interchangeably with no problems.

pretty much, yea, and they can be used w/ either/or

They are the same aside from the markings on the mag body and follower (where they say 40 or 357).

I have run both, mix and match with no issues.
