I was putting my Glocks up from the range today and noticed that the 21SF has alot more side to side play in the slide than my 22 and 17. Is this normal with the bigger heavier slides, is this abnormal, or am I just being anal about everything. I really havent shot it for absolute accuracy just been shooting it for fun and function but seems accurate enough. Just wondering what you guys think. Thanks.

Mine does that too, but will thread a needle if I do my part.  Don't worry about it.

Mine has it to.  These are not fitted 1911 frame and slide setups.

Thanks guys. I figured it was common and with the bigger slide it prob amplified it. I guess it could be a good thing at least you will know it runs dirty.

My agency was issued these a few months ago. The armorers told us that some slide play is normal. It sure didn't seem to affect the accuracy at all, they are very accurate.

accuracy has more to do with the barrel lock up then with the slide fit...
