OK
I know one has a slightly larger sight radius but if I am not competing is it worth the extra 3-400 dollars for the 35?
I have seen G22 new 3rd gen for 450
And I have seen 35s for 750 on the same table
Lower production higher cost
Same mags
I have a great 22 right now

Whats the good things about 35 over 22

Thanks

For all the info
I'll be looking for a 35 but just lower in price
And 450 for a G22 was new not used

The locking block was redesigned on the 35 to handle the .40, since the 22 has so many problems.

When I was looking for a 35, I was finding them around $600... some a little less.

The Tactical models are nice. The longer sight radius does make a difference, but with the longer barrel gives you the ability to shoot at farther ranges. With most of the open ended holsters (like the Serpa), the 35 will fit in a 22 holster.

If you wanted to, you could find a 35 slide and put that on your 22. Frames are identical.

Yeah, 35s don't cost that much.  Look elsewhere.  I have a 34 and it is now my favorite gun, period.

No way in hell I'd pay $300-400 more, but they only cost about $75 more around here.  I have both, and I am more accurate with the 35.  YMMV.

Yes the frame is identical. But the rest isn't.

Slide and barrel... and if you want to say the connector.

They even use the same recoil assembly (slide cutout let that occur).

I love my 35.  The longer sight radius makes a noticeable difference on longer distance targets.  However, I use mine to shoot USPSA so "worth it" is a relative term.

You really do need to search around for a better price I bought my G34 for 500 used.  The brand new one was 600 that was right next to it.

Well thanks for all the info people

A G35 followed me home today in a FTF sale for 525
And it had one +2 cap mag and one 15 rnd plus case and mag loader
At a gun show

And I think the guy may still think he screwed me since one mag said 357 not 40
But as we know the 357 is a necked down 40

Price on them has dropped
I saw one for 539 + tax
And other for a bit more
All under 600 for the most part

I do need to find a bag for the G35 and the Keltec for my truck
Both take Glock mags in 40
