A friend of mine wants to sell his G26 with a clip he installed for carrying. I know he's only shot it a handful of times. How well do these pistols hold their value? What would you pay for it?

I wouldn't pay more than $400 for a clean, excellent condition one.

as the poster above me said, I'd buy it for that price, considering you can get a new one for 400~ its still a good deal

300 is a great deal, depending on this 'clip' thing he installed. If it permanently modified the gun I might be a bit hesitant, if it can easily be removed and the gun returned to stock (my preferred state) I would be all over it.
Hell if you don't want it, let me know, I'll take it off him

homeland security discount price is around 400, and the OP is military or so his screen name suggests, that what I was reffering to.
