Is this something that will fit in the older gen glocks. Can I find an aftermarket set-up like that for a G21 or a G19?? and How much of a difference is the actual felt recoil?

No. The slide opening is larger, as is the dust cover on the frame to accomodate the larger slide opening. There are pics of these differences in one of the Gen4 threads.
