[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which Glock to get???

I'm stuck between either a Glock 34 and a Glock 21sf. Normally, the .45's I prefer start with 19 and end in 11. I have a glock 19 but the 34 has always seemed to be a crowd favorite too! I'm so freakin torn. I carry a G19 normally and shoot it the most often. Most of my ammo is 9mm, but I still have 11-1200 rds of .45 too.

Second part of the question: which gun to sell in order to help finance said purchase?

I just got a G34 this weekend but I love my G21SF also. Both are good pistols what do you plan do do most with it. Is it defense or target.

had a glock 21sf. good gun but wasn't a good fit for my smallish hands-sold it for a M&P45C which is much more accurate.

i have a glock 19 too and that is the best gun glock makes imo.

i don't think i would buy any other glocks, the 40cals can have jamming issues especially when you put a tac light on, and the large frame ones (21) are too big for me.

and i have no need for the extra noise,blast, and penetration of a 357sig chambered glock.

but that's just me

What are your intentions with the 21 or the 34? If you carry the 19, have you considered getting another as a backup?

You answered your own question get the G34. It is far cheaper to shoot and for range the G34 will be much funner. And everytime you pull the trigger you will not feel bad because the ammo is so much.

yep, sell the xd, as i did. the only thing i regret was spending money on one in the first place

Get the Glock 34! It is very fun to shoot and just as accurate as guns that cost 2-3 times more. Sell the XD to pay for the 34 and get rid of the P30 for the HK45

Wow, overwhelming response in favor of the 34. 34 it is.

Now....seems like the XD and FN are getting the most votes to sell. I gotta say though, I was highly dissappointed in the HK p30 though.

Never shot the 34. I have shot the 19. All my glocks are .40's and I have carried G35 for several years. I would vote for the 34 as I love the 35.

It depends on what you want it for. I love the 45's but if your worried about ammo costs than the G34 is a better buy. I'd say whatever you choose, sell either the CZ or the FN to fund the purchase. Either Glock will be a great buy.
