I use a G30 for CCW mainly and love it, except I've had times while shooting it that my thumb bumps the mag release and drops the mag out while firing. I've tried to change my grip but my best shooting hold will sometimes bump the button. Does anybody offer a stronger spring for the mag release. I think a slightly stronger spring would solve the issue.

The spring is a round piece of stamped steel, It's gonna near impossible to get something stronger.

I would recommend that you sand down the mag release till it is to your liking. (start with rough sand paper, then end up with 1000 or 2000 grit sand paper.)

That's what I was thinking. Actually an extended might work better because it seems as my thumb is too far on the face of the release, an extended might place it more on the side and out of the way.
