I own a glock 23 and a glock 27. I have been considering getting a lone wolf 9mm conversion barrel for my glock 23 for range use only. My question is would the conversion barrel for the 23 also function in my 27?

Yes it will. The 27 is the same as a 23 except shorter slide, grip and no rail. The barrels for your 23 will fit your 27.

Yes, that barrel will run in the G27 or the G23. Same locking lugs, same relationship to the Locking Block and the breechface of the Slide. It'll just stick out a bit, but will run fine.
