Oh boy, I ordered (3) 33-rounders.
I hope the poor customer service lightning I've read about regarding Botach doesn't strike me. Total for 3 after discount plus shipping came to $96.50 via UPS (I wish places would offer USPS Priority.) I'll post my thanks to you for the link if/when I get my order, Scott |

from the sounds of it they lose enough business as it is!  It's my understanding that local city laws, such as Toledos "Saturday Night Special" and mag limit thing were trumped by state law a few years back. I've never heard of the whole state having a ban on high-cap mags... |

I agree that their customer service and communication skills are sorely lacking....
However, for Glock magazines, they seem to have a bunch in stock, and ship them out quickly. I have ordered 10 at a time from them, three times in the past month and had no problems getting the magazines. Of course, other items that I ordered were simply left out of the package, no explaination given, but no charge to my credit card. I think their "backorder" policy is just to drop it from your order if they don't have it in stock 
For magaizines, I guess it is just so easy for them to place them in a mailer that even they can't screw it up.

So far communication has been great on my order for the 33-rounders.
I chose the "Submit Purchase Order" option online as I wanted to pay with a money order and that was the closest option available. I placed the order on a weekend and received notification/confirmation that night, an email from an actual person Monday morning, another email from a person this morning that I responded to and then a reply to that response. Seems like they're right there manning the computers. Me using the Purchase Order option wasn't an issue to place the order and make payment with a money order. Payment went out today via USPS Priority w/ Delivery Confirmation so the ball's in their court now, we'll see how it goes. I'll give the OP a 1/2 thank you so far

Have you gotten your mags yet? I sent a money order which arrived yesterday so I called today to see what the status was. "Um, we haven't received that payment yet." "USPS shows delivered yesterday morning." I retort. "Um, the person who opens the mail must not have opened it yet." They must get a ton of mail. Still holding out hope that I'll escape unscathed, Scott |
