I'm an ol' 1911 and wheel gun man, but I have been pondering on Glocks for a while now...finally took the plunge and bought a G21SF, and a G17. I have fired a couple of hundred rounds out of each of these and I am well pleased. I am already thinking about trading for a G20. I will have to change the sights or take a file to the front sight on the G17 because it shoots too low at 25 yards, but accuracy is great.

17 and 21 are both excellent choices. Heck, any Glock is an excellent choice. Congrats!

I also am a 1911 guy at heart..................I carry a G17 everyday.........sometimes the 1911 too, but not usually..................

I hope JMB isn't looking down at us from Heaven with a snarl.......................sorry sir.

Glock pistols is a must for a firearm collection. I started off with a couple 9mm models (Glock 19 and Glock 26). I recently acquired a new Glock 30 (not SF) and that is working out nicely. Congrats to the OP in coming over to the dark side
