Well, I bought a Glock - never been a fan of them, kinda already have most of the pistols I want.. so, bought this just for shits and giggles. Ended up loving it. There are still things I hate about Glocks for my PERSONAL use - hands are too big, trigger isn't to my liking, etc. All personal "fit" oriented stuff. I've always appreciated Glocks for what they are. Shooters. Hope you enjoy what its becoming and its journey to come.
What it started out as: Stock G34 - 9mm 
What it has become so far:: G34 - 9mm with the following FLGR - Tungsten Steel 13lb Spring T.H.E Brass Mag Well funnel - with Solid Brass grip insert Carver Hunter - C-M0re mount C-M0re SR in OD Green 6MOA dot size Future plans:Glock Worx Aluminum Oxide Grip coating on grip w/finger grooves removed/reduction Full Match Polish Trigger Job galore Threaded & Compensated Barrel w/ SJC Compensator Possible Future plans: Caspian Custom slide? I shoot it for sport/fun.Main reason was to have something to BUILD on.. Since none of us can really build any AR's or much of anything else right now... I just needed something to tinker with.BAD. I hate not having a project. I actually was really impressed w/this Glock bone stock (other than my hands not liking it) - thats why I'll be picking up a 17 next week to leave the way it is.  My Mosquito Sport should be showing up Weds @ my local watering hole.. they had four 17's in stock (various versions) - might have to walk out w/two guns instead of one.

I talked to Mr. Carver this AM, one of his flat black AL funnels should be here next Thurs/Friday, I know its just "looks" but I think the brass takes away from the rest of the gun. My gun club has A LOT of matches (including some glock only stuff) I'm going to the range today and will be getting all the info on the different classes that I could use this thing for while i'm there. |
