Does anyone know if someone makes a holster
that will fit a Glock 19C with the Glock light system or M3 light on it

I believe Safariland makes a tactical holster that should do what you want. I am not aware of any belt ride holsters though.

Blade Tec makes several.

Eagle Industries makes my favorite drop-leg.

Fobus makes a cheap, not so great, but functional one.
