I've seen some posts of people swapping 40sw, 357 sig and 9x25 dillon barrels onto glock 20s, using the standard mags. Is there a special conversion barrell that would fit just for this purpose or are all glock barrels a standard size other than length? I did a little searching and found something about federal arms conversion barrels but i saw some posts that they are not the best. Sorry for the noob question

You can use the standard mags. All you need is a conversion barrel (you cannot use the stock glock barrels). I recommend one from lone wolf distributors. I have been very happy with mine. I hope this answers your question.

Another Glock bbl option is KKM Precision. They do threaded & non-threaded replacement bbls.
