I was shooting my 21SF at the range today when  a range guy asked me if I wanted my brass, I said no. He then picks up my just fired brass & states while showing me  the brass- That one side on all my brass  had burnt powder & this meant that the guns chamber was off a little & that I was not getting a complete burn of the powder.....WHAT!?  Somebody explain please............
